Processing Time

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Please note that weekends and Japanese public holidays are not included in processing time.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

  • We use reliable international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or EMS.

  • Estimated delivery times are:

    • Taiwan: 3–5 business days

    • Singapore / Malaysia / Philippines: 5–7 business days

    • Other countries: 7–10 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

  • In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are unable to mark items as “gift” or declare a lower value, in compliance with Japanese export regulations.

Restrictions

  • Certain products (such as exotic leather or fur items) may be restricted or prohibited in some countries.

  • Please confirm your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier’s website.

Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship the item at the customer’s expense.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier service disruptions.
